The Life and skeletons of Ray Briddock.

This is a sport known as " Bob Skeleton ". I had the opportunity to try this after meeting one of the British team in a bar in Igles, apres ski. We had just been down a bobsleigh run in a 'guest' bobsleigh. We thought it was wonderful. However, we were informed that you haven't been down a bobsleigh run until you have done it head first face down with your nose gently' bumping on the ice at 90 miles per hour.

After 10 pints of Austrian Lager and 10 Schnapps chasers, I agreed with him and allowed myself to be talked into trying it at the next British championships. Both Yvonne and I did a weeks training then competed in the British championships. I came 19th overall and Yvonne came 2nd in the womens division.
